Linda Chwistek
Linda Chwistek, Trainer, BAD RAP - Linda took her first dog training class at the age of 8 with a local American Kennel Club affiliated dog training club. Little did she know, nearly 35 years later she would be teaching classes at that same dog training club. Over the years she has coordinated several fund raisers for dog related community service projects and volunteered with her local humane society, a local cat and dog rescue. Linda currently serves as a member of the BAD RAP steering committee.

In 1990, Linda adopted her first Pit bull mix and has since adopted two others. She is active in competitive dog sports and has earned multiple agility titles with her 8 year old Pit bull, Ruby. She has most recently become interested in competing in Obedience, Rally Obedience, and Tracking. Her current focus is in working with high drive Pit bulls.

Since 2003 she has taught BAD RAP's, American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen (CGC) classes. 27 Pit bulls and their owners have earned their CGC certificates through this BAD RAP program. Linda also provides one on one pit bull training support for BAD RAP

Linda works for a fine wine importing company and lives in the North Bay Area with her husband, two Pit bull savvy cats, and her two Pit bulls, Ruby and Aldo.
