Pit Ed Location

Where is Class?

BADRAP's Pit Ed Classes are free for 1) Good Samaritans with pit bull type dogs and 2) 'blocky dogs' adopted from Berkeley Animal Care Servcies and BADRAP.  We meet every Saturday in a fenced in lot at the corner of Addison Street and Second Street in Berkeley, CA - right next to the Berkeley Aquatic Park. We are just a few steps south of Berkeley City Animal Care Services. (A)

ADDRESS (Remember, it's a fenced in parking lot, not a building) 617 Addison St. Berkeley, CA

Interested in observing? This is what you'll see: Slideshow. Just give us a heads up so we can look for you: contact@badrap.org

There is plenty of parking outside of the lot along Bolivar Drive, and there are bathrooms both in the animal shelter and at the Waterside Cafe. Please do not bring your dog inside Pit Ed Class unless previously arranged.

Classes are held on Saturdays. Email for times. We cancel for downpours, but still hold classes in drizzle. Occasionally, we move class under the University Ave overpass at Second Street if we get caught by a downpour surprise. Cancellations and changes are posted on our Facebook page.

We look forward to meeting you!

Securing the future of America's 'blocky dogs' as a cherished family companions.
